There's a lot of exciting things happening at Sonic within the food & beverage industry.  We've seen our Sonolator Systems, TechBlend blending systems and Colloid Mill units implemented in various plants around the globe to solve a host of mixing needs.  Food & Beverage manufacturers have invested in our Hygienic Sonolator systems, like this one here, to process sauces, purees and frozen dinner sauces.  Many process efficiencies have been realized by Fortune 500 companies implementing our systems to reduce cycle times, make better use of existing tank space, and reduce labor intensiveness; all while improving product quality, appearance, shelf life and stability.  Particle size reductions in soft drink emulsions is in the sub-micron range with our Sonolator homogenizer systems; and using a Dual-Feed Sonolator approach allows for materials to be drawn directly from bulk and emulsified on demand.

 
Our exciting new 2004 RotoMill Colloid Mill, seen here, has been installed at various companies to process mayonnaise emulsions, salad dressings, margarine and butter emulsions, mustards, and much more.  This new mill design offers the food & beverage industry unbeatable performance and style.  A new bearing and mechanical seal housing dramatically improves system stability and reliability.  The mill is avaiolable with flush mechanical seal for sanitary, CIP operations.
