The pharmaceutical industry places many stringent demands upon equipment manufacturers. We've seen our Sonolator Systems, TechBlend blending systems and Colloid Mill units implemented in various pharma plants around the globe to solve a host of mixing needs while meeting these stringent requirements for CIP and SIP. We've worked with tablet coating manufacturers to help improve coating emulsions by reducing particle sizes. We've designed and fabricated Dual-Feed Sonolator systems for use in dispersing precipitates. We've worked quite a bit with particle size reduction on injection drugs which helps improve efficacy. Our systems have been used also in the emulsification of ointments and creams, generating superior product sheen and appearance.

Our new 2004 RotoMill Colloid Mill, seen here, has been installed at various companies to process TiO2 and zinc dispersions, powder drug dispersions, creams and ointments. This new mill design offers the pharmaceutical industry unbeatable performance and style. A new bearing and mechanical seal housing dramatically improves system stability and reliability.
