There's a lot of exciting things happening at Sonic within the chemical industry.  We've seen our Sonolator Systems, TechBlend blending systems and Colloid Mill units implemented in various chemical plants around the globe to solve a host of mixing needs.  Silicone manufacturers have invested in our Dual-Feed Sonolator systems, like this one here, to meter silicone fluids and water to make emulsions on demand; then we've found ourselves installing these units throughout the US, Europe and Asia and watching these companies save money!  We've worked extensively with textile manufacturers to give them TechBlend systems that meter and blend water and lubricant oils that significantly save on labor, waste, cycle times and production costs. 

Our RotoMill Colloid Mill, seen here, has been installed at various companies to process TiO2 dispersions, greases, asphalt emulsions, and much more.  This new mill design offers the chemical industry unbeatable performance and style.  A new bearing and mechanical seal housing dramatically improves system stability and reliability.
